The GE Vivid S60 is a mid-range premium cardiovascular ultrasound machine that incorporates GE’s cSound beamforming software into an ergonomic and intuitive package. The Vivid S60 replaces the GE Vivid S5 and Vivid S6; the Vivid S60 has improved workflow, the advanced cSound architecture, and a more refined set of cardiac features over its predecessors.

With its large 19” HD LCD, the GE Vivid S60 provides outstanding image quality with incredible contrast. It also incorporates a 12” multi-touch LCD interference which streamlines workflow, leading to a quicker diagnosis.

The GE Vivid S60 and GE Vivid S70 are built with the same hardware and software and look nearly identical. The S70 includes 4D TEE and the M5Sc-D XDclear probe, which the Vivid S60 does not provide but has a lower overall cost.

The Vivid S60 includes a battery backup and is a compact, light, and ergonomic system that is easily transported to patients for quick scanning. It is designed for cardiovascular applications but has compatibility with additional GE ultrasound probes allowing for functionality as a shared-service system.
