The GE Voluson E6 BT13 is a top-tier ultrasound machine that does not sacrifice quality for affordability.It optimizes workflow by allowing for high-def ultrasound scans. It has special obstetric imaging capabilities such as HD-Flow to assess heart and lung perfusion and HDLive to see real-time fetal face images. Rounding out its unique feature is Radiantflow, which delivers quick visualizations of blood vessels, and SonoCNS, which helps image and measure the fetal brain.

The Voluson E6 BT13 is in the “Expert” series made by GE. It isn’t as feature-rich as the Voluson E8, and it has an older CPU. Additional software updates (to enhance efficiency and expand functionality) are provided via the “BT13” software revision.

The Voluson E6 BT13 is a top-of-the-line ultrasound machine many medical practitioners know as the “Gold Standard in fetal medicine.” This device was developed with simple use and obstetric capabilities in mind, from its 10.4-inch touch screen to its Scan Assistant feature– it excels.
